Triple Threat Animation entered the public sphere this weekend at AVCon (Adelaide’s Anime and Video Games Conference), Australia- offering animation and video-game fans something new to laugh at, wince at and play with. All three projects were represented, with excerpts of ‘Livin’ with Steve’, ‘Death Finds a Day Job’ and ‘Pooper Trooper’ playing in the Triple Threat Animation booth. The booth was proudly sponsored by the SA Government, through the Department of Trade and Economic Development’s Creative Industries program. Offering a playable demo of Pooper Trooper in the event’s Indie Games room and a special ‘Making of Triple Threat Animation’ panel on Saturday. Death even made a guest appearance to launch his forthcoming cartoon..!

What do you get when you take three contenders destined for future animation glory, and pit them head to head in creative combat? Triple Threat Animation, that’s what. Conceived by Dan Monceaux, raw animation talent from I Love Biscuits, Awesome Fighter Animation and Danimations has been wrangled, herded and processed into three tasty cartoon buns episodes, each oozing with saucy serial potential.
